Duncan has played the guitar since the age of eight, following
in the footsteps of his father Ken Sykora - who was top guitarist
in the Melody Maker polls for five years running. He has played
in various bands including Mad Jacks Traveling Circus, The Steve
Maddocks Band and Pride with whom he appeared on BBC and ITV.
He teaches guitar for a local college and also privately.
Susan Sykora
Susan started singing professionally at the age of fourteen
and has never stopped. She has worked with various bands including
Vonnys and was lead singer with the resident band at the Ritz
in Manchester for five years. Her voice may not be unfamiliar
to you as she works as a session singer and is responsible for
numerous television and radio advertisements.
Glory
Glory is the name Duncan and Sue use whilst performing across
the North West of England. Combining vocal harmonies with a
rock edge their music appeals to a wide audience. Their song
writing encompasses many different genres from hard rock to
acoustic folk, whilst detouring through mainstream country and
pop!
